Location: Northern California | | You cant really peacock with a hoodie per se. But I've always like Affliction hoodies. They're a bit pricey but they're worth it IMO.

I would check sites like Karmaloop and Solis Company for just some general ideas (these two sites have very different styles but both have some good stuff). Just find a few brands that you like from sites like the ones I mentioned then go from there.

Location: NYC a.k.a The Rotten Apple | | tell you the truth peacock hoody is whats hot now like affliction and ed hardy cuz they have alot of designs now in its hard to peacock cuz most styles are peacock everybody has on crazy colors and designs and stuff if your around alot of people who wear hoody i say wear dress sweaters im from the hood so what makes me stand out more is dress shirts and dress sweaters

@ Nonchalance: the problem with dressing like that where I live is its pretty much white middle class, so dressing in sweaters and such isn't totally out of the ordinary.
Also, are bright colors good or bad? My usual style is grey's and black's from affliction and the like.
