I am doing a few things though and I will let you know if it works:
- Yoga
- Strength training
- Sitting up straight AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
That's it, any other suggestions? I almost feel like I'm screwed but I still have hope.

work out your back legs and your abs, i was with a personal trainer for a while. if ur chubby try losing weight. yea try walking straight to with the "Im the shit mentality" thats what im doing cause im not going to the gym till march lol I've suffer with this since i was like 9 and im 18 right now. dont le tit bother you, keep looking up and thinkign ur cool like that and yea try sitting straight untill THAT becomes the habit
