ralph lauren is a safe choice at my school.
I pity you that your school is peppy.

quick question, bit off topic. how do you casually pull off a button down (like these, not too formal
http://shortshrifted.com/wp-content/upl ... -shirt.jpg). I usually go with jeans or khaki shorts and a white T or solid color T with the button down over it. I get a lot of compliments and positive responses when I wear this attire. At the same time, it feels like I over dressed? when i see other people in button downs, i hardly ever think wow he overdressed or wow he's trying too hard. for some reason whenever i have one on, thoughts like that are nagging at me in the back of my mind. im guessing this has to do with my body language and inner game? not sure how to fix it. comments appreciated.
Is the shirt and the rest of your clothes lose fitting or fitted? Casual dress is for the most part lose clothes. You may also need to work on your inner game and body language as well. You might even try wearing clothes that are lower down on the "food chain" as well. As I know clothes do effect the way you feel about your self. And for you wearing American Eagle may come off as dress to you when you wear it. Try the Gap or Old Navy.[/quote]
haha it has a neutral connotation at my school. safe to wear, not associated with any particular clique or anything. worse thing that happens if you wear it alot is people will think your mad rich. haha
some lose fitting, some pretty fitted. i guess that might be it.
