I'm kind of a paleo-zone combo. Come to think of it, about the only things I take in not paleo are peanut butter and milk (with the occasional cheat meal of course). I have a few friends that are strict paleo and it works great for them. I've read negative things about long-term sustainability, but for anyone (that is active) trying to get a good change of diet I'd recommend it. _________________ Respice Adspice Prospice
