eating too much protein does not give you spots and doesn't damage ones liver either this is a myth
I dunno about the liver, but too much protein can give you kidney stones, and also make your bones weak. It makes your blood acidic, and your body counters this by taking calcium out of your bones and into your blood, and then this has to be removed by the kidneys (where it can form stones). I think drinking plenty of water helps with this.
90% of the guys who consider themselves experts on exercise have a hugely inflated concept of how much protein we need. You can also get gout which is a build up of urea crystals (metabolized protein) in your joints, often in the toes and causes major pain. It happened to my coworker who went on a low-carb/high-protein diet. He started coming to work in a nice dress shirt, a tie, and a pair of green Crocs! They were the only shoes that didn't have him sobbing with pain.

I use my protein shakes as an alternative when I don't feel like eating meat, or for convenience since I can whip one up in 30 seconds and the clean up is quick.

Your legs are gonna get more work on cardio days anyways.
If you're trying to gain size and muscle quickly, the LAST thing you want to do is cardio.
References please?

Cardio on you off days will keep your anabolic hormones at higher levels than if you simply rest. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/satter2.htm Read the section under insulin.

Yes that's true but if you get enough calories in your meals then you wont loose too much fat or just optain your weight it's all about how much your eat if you dont eat so much and youre doing somekind of strenght training program and youre doing cardio then you will defintly loose weight and you will loose muscle mass for if youre loosing more than 0,5 kg weight a week then you will also loose muscle.

Cardio on off days will keep your metabolism heightened (more so than if you hadn't), burning more calories. That means less calories (energy) your body can use to produce mass. Sure, you could eat more calories to compensate, but then if you didn't do cardio, you'd gain even MORE mass.

Hi,
Use of whey protein powder with hard type of exercise would be an efficient way to rapid muscle building...
Most of people use this way to build muscles rapidly..
