I have been training on/off (because of work 5days/week and sixth form) for 2 years now roughly, i am generally a very skinny guy so i have gained a lot of muscle mass and tone in my muscles...
But now i want to increase my muscle gain faster, i used to take a protein shake until i realised it was a whole box of shit and tasted bad too...
So are there any protein shakes that actually work or how about whey??

You need to eat more.
You will see gains very fast.
I have use BSN True Mass, Whey Protein, Cytogainer.
They all work, and for the bad taste make a shake with the protein.
Peanut butter covers up the bad taste quiet well.

Thats whats gunna pack on the lean mass for ya. I use quick mass cookies and cream flavour and looove it. Ive gained like 8lbs in 3 weeks with it.
