New to MPUA Forum

I started dabbling 4 or 5 months ago during my separation from my ex-wife. Now that I'm completely single I've decided to sharpen my game. I figure if I dedicate myself to it as much as I did to my poker playing I should really make some dramatic improvements.

I'm a pretty outgoing person and I work in politics so socializing, networking, and public speaking come pretty easy to me. However, I know there are specific skills that I can develop and improve upon. Any tips or pointers are always welcome.
