Posts: 5 | | I started learning some little PUA things and teq, got pretty confident, then found a girl. Fast forward a year, we break up, and I'm completely broke back down to ground zero. Lost all that confidence and completely forgot how to even how to talk to a girl. Was hoping you fellas could help me get the simple shit back, like how to even approach a girl. Appreciate it!

You got a girl once, you can do it again. This time you are armed with more knowledge and can use that to build upon your old tactics. You already know what to do just do it.
It is not unlike riding a bike, however given enough time the first time you give it a go you might be wobbly and even fall over but hey man it happens. Give it a few tries and you feel like your old self, newer and better too.
Listen to some PUA's (your favorites) and use their advice to both remind yourself what to do and pump yourself up to get going again.
