If you want a routine for sex, you don't have to ask the forum, just watch some porn and you'll notice a pattern with all acts.

Sex starts with foreplay, then penetration. Or depending on you and the girl's likes, you introduce role playing, bdsm, kinky shit etc.

And like the post above said, each girl can be different so you just have to experiment/pay attention to the girl reaction and see what makes her get off. Even if your just having one night stands, pratice different stuff
