ALTHOUGH it would have been interesting had you played a long game of working on your self development skills and meeting women and then to see her reaction to all of that. It may have been interesting, but nonetheless not worth it anyway; there are so many women it makes it a moot point.

Its funny how you can describe a "best friend" is such a manner. It sounds like you guys weren't even friends to begin with. At least not on your end.

No we were definitely best friends, haha.
She was planning to fly to New York and leave her family just to see me for New Year's Eve, I mean that alone says a lot. As far as being happy. She's still a girl who led me on that I got outta my life, yeah I'm not totally happy about it but that's a girl I don't need.
I know for a fact she'll try and get back in my life. I'm interested to see what happens and what I even do when she does try.
