O.k. I'm in school now n I have an abundance of women to practice on. My number one goal is first to "feel" natural in approaching, speaking, making them laugh, building trust n comfort n on phone closing. Not yet bothered about getting laid. I have the patience for that, sex is not a skill that I lack off. Anyway I've started using Kino and Kino escalation. I've noticed some girl's are way too shy. In the body language community they say always smile and always make good eye contact. With minor Kino I would do the simple and basic stuff like touching their hands, their wrists, forearms, elbows etc. As I'm talking to them making them giggles, telling them stories, etc. I've come into some girl's that are poor in eye contact, shyness or insecurities don't know why but they do reciprocate back, and they do squeeze my hand back, rub their hands on my wrist/forearm etc.. It's just that ? What can I do or make them make eye contact with me in a fun and comfortable way??

Your question is "are some girls different, by being more shy and stuff than others?"

If this is in fact your question then yes. In context with your story does this make a big deal in the grand scheme of things? No. Is there a more important question you are looking to get answered or did you write a paragraph about being back in school talking to new girls just for that?

This is a bit pseudo, but i've been told that you can beam images threw the eyes into the eyes of another with the proper mental focus.

I do it just for kicks and it seems to work. Try it out.
