I just read a book about personal growth. It was saying that you are more likely to stay enthusiastic about your goals if you measure your growth. For example in weight lifting, if you measure your biceps every week to see the difference. I am wondering how I could apply this to game. Any one have any ideas or thoughts on this?

You can apply it to quality and quantity of the ladies
