So this Saturday (today is Monday), I met this girl at an art competition. She is a 9-9.5 and gets a lotta comments on her instagram photos so she is aware she is attractive. I am a 7.5-8.5. Anyways I talked to her and I was making her laugh a lot. There was a quick point when she was texting someone (I believe it was her mom bc she was there with her) and then she put her phone there and like scrolled her ig notfication page up and down constantly (i think fidgeting) as she burst out laughing again. Anyways i asked if she was single. And she said no, she dates some guy that she took a break with but it's only been about 3months since they got together. And they have issues and she said something about "not liking to lose self worth" and before she started the convo then she answered a call and said "I'm sorry my mom called I have to go I'll talk to you later"... Then today I dm'd her on instagram like "hey who was the cute Asian you were talking to Saturday?"(I'm Asian btw) She saw it but no reply. I'm thinking about trying again in a few days. What should I say? Should I bring up the thing she said about not wanting to loose self worth?

You should get her number and start texting her. Try to keep your texts short so you are investing less. I would wait about a week or two before messaging her again if she hasn't responded because you are already double messaging. Send her a ping message in 2 weeks, "How are you ?" then do a few light and playful messages and then set up date and get her number go see her and game her from there.
