We havent hung out in about 6 months and she kind of blew me off then after we had hooked up. Anyways, she said she was busy with her mom and said we should hang out soon b/c it's been a while. I said yeah, lmk next weekend you're in town. A week later she hits me up with this text.
Her: long lost friend
me (30 mins later): I assume you received my msg in a bottle?
her (next day): Ya it showed up at my door a few days ago. Quite romantic of you
I'm kind of meh on what to do with this b/c I don't want to get burned/blown off like last time. I really liked her before but now am weary as to what her intentions are. How can I play this with out getting invested? How do I know she's not going to just blow me off again this time? What would a good response be?

If it turns out she wants you, don't make it TOO easy for her, or she'll lose interest and blow you off again.
