So I opened this really cute girl who works at this hospital. I sat next to her made a comment about how this floor was busy and soon we were talking about our personal lives, what we like to do in our free time ect. I tried for the number close but she didn't want to give out her number. I asked if she had a boyfriend and she said she didn't but was seeing somone or something like that. She said she couldn't give out the number but she would be excited to see me again next time i am on her floor. She gave me alot of IOI when i was flirting with her. She laughed at all my jokes and looked like she was generally having a good time so i am surprised i didn't get the digits. She did say she was looking forward to seeing me again.

Any thoughts on how i should approach this to get her on a date?

Eh sure move along but don't stop talking to her. You never know, and if you are interested and she still is giving you the signs without pulling you along or completely blowing you off, then go for it.
