| Look--yesterday, I came across the limits of my experience, and knowledge. There was this hired gun whom I've had a rocky relationship flirt-wise in the Gym, but she's laughed in our recent interactions. Whilst working out, I saw her seated with a coworker chatting, and I decided to to open and make a joke. Well, it went over well, and I decided to reopen. To do so, so, I tapped her on the shoulder, and wound up startling her.
I may still be outcome dependent, but at least I'm pretty non-reactive, at this point, and said what I was going to. I got a little nervous laugh, at least, but swiftly ejected, and the guy she was with was polite as I did so.
I wish I had the money for an instructor, because, right now, I'm about as like ly to shoot myelf in the foot as anything. Right now, kinoing, I'm learning, can increase discomfort, not allay it. I've freaked out not just this girl by touching her, but another, and I think it's by creeping them out before hand.
Keep in mind, these aren't skittish girls, by my reckoning, but pretty confident ones. Yes, I know, you dont go up behing a girl, b but too the side, but I don't think I was doing anything particular creepy in this case. She had been laughing, but laughter is a mark of tension, and touch can increase it.
I've had to witness it in person to appreciate, I guess. _________________ If you ever get the idea that I'm a crazy contrarian, just get a whiff my blogs:
