Ok a quick summary of what happend. I was going to class (college) and walked passed this cute girl and i noticed that she quickly was walking right behind me like using me as a shadow lol. I looked back at her and asked her "why are you sneaking up on me?" playfully. She smiled and i started talking to her for about a minute before she went to class. Before she went in, i just told her to give me her number and well hangout sometime, grab coffee because it is cold here. Ok i start TEXTING her an hour layer. Just sent my name. I got home about 5 hours later and decided to call instead of texting because in my eyes you gotta have balls to call instead of text. So i call her and she picks up and tells me she's working and will get back to me after work. A few minutes later she texts me and said she is done and rather text. Haha honestley i didnt' expect that. So i start flirting immediately with her (we will call her sarah)

Sarah: hey text is better ,im off work.
Me: Hey don't get shy on me hahh
Sarah: Not at all
Me: Good, so what are you gonna wear on our first date?
Sarah: Oh don't worry about that, we wont have any first date.
Me: Why do you have a bf?
Sarah: No
Then she asks me about my age blah blah but it was just chatter.
Me: So thats why you were freaking out earlier?
Sarah: No i wasn't freaking out, i just dont want you to think there is anything between us.
Me: I'm the type of guy who likes to get to know a girl first, before we get involved. I'm different.
Sarah:Good. Although thats what they all say, but i cant judge. You're different
Me: If you wanna get to know me we gotta hangout right
Sarah:We will get to know each other in school than hangout. Sure
ME: We don't even have the same classes.
Sarah: We go to the same school
ME: Lets have a party in the library
Sarah: LMAO
...now this is where i'm like. I don't want a buddy to hangout with at school, i prefer to hangout somewhere else. I just go to school for classes and then leave.
Me: Look i might be wrong but we wont be able to spend any time because i leave early. Reason i got your number was because i wanted to hangout. If you don't want to that is fine.
Her: Ok well then yeaerh i don't just hang with anyone.
ME: I respect that, i just know you can't get to know me at school. I need freedom. Give me that and you will get to know me.
... She didn't text back for sometime but i wasn't going to text back after that. (I was in my frame and am going to stick to it)
Sarah: Ok well we will see. (double text)
ME: Yeah i'm honest, i'm not gonna waiste my time and yours by playing games. Lets get coffee sometime.

No text back so far, but i'm cool with walking away. From today i am more confident and glad i stuck to my frame.

I realized i might not have built enough comfort. That is why i don't want to hangout at school. I feel like i'm just there to take classes and go home or somewhere else. I need my freedom and room.

Secondly, sorry to hear about the shitty ass attitude she portrayed. Girls like that are the reason guys like us need to have a thing that we call game.
Let's start off with the date question. I tend to avoid the word date as much as possible. Dates don't appeal to girls nowadays. Don't ask me why. Word it differently next time and increase your success rate.
Secondly, try negging them out if they deny you. Cat string them along a bit. If they say no, make them earn their right to converse with you. This doesn't mean shut off the conversation, it just means that you have to question why they think they can refuse you a date without directly asking them.

I like the opener, and how you dealt with it so far. It's great that you came clear from the start about where you see this heading. And I agree with Samoath completely, you should have negged her. Keep it that way for next time, she tries to give you the attitude, you punish her and let her earn the right to talk to you again.
