So I went to a black light party on friday night. A girl I know in my dorm told me about this party and that her friends were going. She introduces me, etc. I was heading over to my friends dorm so I say ill grab him and we'll walk with them. One of them is a HB 7.5, she seems nice enough. So anyways I go and get my friend, we all walk over to the party. While I was in the other dorms, the 7.5 got a ride to the party.
When we arrive and walk in the door, the first thing I see is the 7.5 only shes not a 7.5 anymore, shes easily a 9 now that shes not wearing a winter coat and hat. She comes up and hugs me and my friend then disappears into the party. I walk around networking and meeting people since I don't know most of them. I talk to several 7s and 8s after they comment on my t shirt (its white with black and neon pink lettering that says "you can't touch this" so of course they try to), let them draw on me with their highlighters (its a blacklight party remember).
I pass the 9 a few times, smile, etc. Then she comes up and starts talking to me. I respond, neg her, isolate by leading her away from her friends to talk, etc. We fluff and shes giving me IOIs (giggling, eye contact, leaning into me), I let her draw some stripes on my face like she has on hers and tell her they better not look like shit. Then she wants to write on my t shirt. Asks what kind of music I like, I tell her to guess, she says rock. I say fine she can write on my shirt. She writes "Je Dors a la belle ETOILE" with a heart. If anyone understands French, I would like to know what exactly it means b/c internet translators say it means "I sleep has the nice star" (maybe its song lyrics or something). She wants me to write on her, I say where, she pulls up her shirt so I can write on her stomach (I dont remember what I wrote, something stupid).
Anyways we talk for a little while more and everybody is leaving so we decide to walk back to the dorms together (she lives in my dorm). We talk and she is going snowboarding on saturday, invites me but I have a shitload of architecture homework to do. I tell her this. We ride the elevator up with all our friends, she and her friends get off on their floor and she says by. No k close or anything. I didnt ask for her # cause I figured I'd see her in the dorms and my phone game sucks.
I saw her briefly in the elevator yesterday for about 30 secs, after she was done snowboarding, she was happy to see me. Where do I go from here? I feel like I kinda moved back a step since I saw her again and didn't escalate or at least make plans. I think I can still salvage this without it being weird but I need a good gameplan. Any ideas?
