Of course this forum is great for sharing ideas and helping people, but I'm just thinking from an evolutionary point of view. The ultra-shy guys who can't talk to women, haven't you ever thought that they don't deserve to have sex with beautiful women? If children are the product of such a sexual episode, aren't we encouraging the spread of beta genetics? Survival of the fittest?

Just a philosophical thought really.. I'm not hating and I like helping, but this is something I've been thinking about every time I read another hopeless new post from a noob.

It does not have anything to with gene, its just how they've been brought up(social conditioning).

AFC Adam's father worked for Playboy and his mom was a stripper. So gene's dont count as much.

Yeah I have to think you're actually improving society by helping beta guys become alpha. Their offspring will have the benefit of being brought up by someone that has been through the wringer to be able to get beautiful women. Much better than the kid being raised by some asshole cause then they will just grow up to be another asshole.

I personally believe more in nurture over nature. When you raise someone to be alpha it doesn't matter what genes they were born with. Plus most of the genes that make people attractive are obsolete anyway. Humans don't HAVE to be strong or physically dominant anymore. So, you figure that most of the guys that get into pickup are the intelligent guys that actually have the capacity to learn social skills. They're gonna pass on their intelligence and hopefully improve the gene pool a little bit. Also, if a guy has sex with a beautiful woman her genes are going to pass onto the offspring as well.

Don't underestimate ability of people to change. The main reason I rejoined the forums is to try to help newbs and others who were like I was back in the day, completely clueless in how to approach, talk, and attract women. The community helped me really improve my game (that and lifting weights!) to the point where just about everyone thinks I am a 'natural' (as can be evidenced by how much shit my advice gets in this forum like this only works for good looking dudes etc. etc.) when in fact I never even KISSED a girl before college and probably had hardly even been able to even look at a girl in the eye for more than an instant until I was 18. Natural game CAN BE LEARNED.

It's like going to the gym and building muscle... Because you don't have it naturally, doesn't mean you don't deserve it. If you work hard to develop the personality traits of the "alpha-male" then what difference does it make if someone is naturally an alpha male?

As said, it has to do with upbringing. Personally, I think so many guys out there have become "beta" and don't know how to act around women (really it's just they don't know what it means to be a man) due to the fact that the divorce rate is so fucking high in modern day society. I was raised by my mother. My dad left us when I was really young. I was taught to treat women with more respect than men and "put them on a pedestal." Social conditioning. You are a product of your environment. I feel that I was never able to actually see how a man and a woman act in a relationship. I had to learn it. I was a "loser" before because I wasn't a man. If you really look deeply into what pick up teaches you, it's how to be a man again. It teaches you that nothing is handed to you and if you want something, you have to go out and work for it. Looking back at the lifestyle I HAD versus the lifestyle I now HAVE.... I appreciate all of the hard work that I put into it to build this lifestyle for myself. Because of how much work I have put into all of this, I feel as if I deserve it.

What's the deal with the "genes" thing anyway?

Half the guys into being a PUA say that it's all about survival of their genes and then they hook up with girls and use a condom.

Ultra shy guys who can't talk to women that have the ability to do a complete 180 and fuck everything that moves can be said to be adaptable and therefore fit for survival.

Mind you, a lot of guys on here say they've been practising for years and can't turn things around.

The way I see it is that year on year the % of losers, nice guys, AFC's...etc is steadily increasing. The PU community is a force for good as it is attempting to correct this negative trend and the main people actually benefiting from the community is women not us.

For people who throw down the gene card and think that guys are confident unnaturally because they had to develop a confident persona themselves... I disagree, its more of a question of relearning then learning. Genetics is a stupendously difficult topic, you can't just use black or white logic to explain it... who knows maybe the "synthetic guys" had the genes which would have made them "naturals" regardless of the presence of the community or not...
