Alrighty. So there is this girl that I see in school here in there in the halls and I find her to be cute. I know she is not a slut or anything and I am pretty certain she has no boyfriend.
anyway school is coming to a close in a matter of a week or two and I really need to atleast get her number or something like such.
My plan is to ask her if she knows how hot it is outside(since I am inside all day), and then once she responds I will say its a great day to go to the beach and hopefully hit it off from there. Its in between classes so I will have to be quick! Another would be(assuming its nasty outside) " So how about that nasty weather" then she responds, Then I would follow up with something like " Its ashame I cant go to the beach today. I was looking forward to it." etc. Same concept but with different weather situations.

Any tips and advice? Any other viable approaches on this one?

Sounds like a plan, but don't forget to say explicitly that she should join you at the beach. I gather that you don't know this girl, so perhaps it's smarter to arrange to go to the beach with some friends, then invite the girl. Makes it easier for her to say yes, and if she says no then you can still have fun with your friends. If she does like to come, have her bring some female friends, and bam: beach party.

Well I know she is on the swim team that is why I want to bring up the beach. She wasnt in school today which sucked because I was all ready to go and it was a disappointment. Well I have work so it is hard to make plans to go to the beach. Maybe I will say me and my friends are looking to go to the beach? Either way I was hoping to flirt with her for a bit, and then when she has to go to class I will say something like " Ill see ya around" and maybe get her number the next time? (assuming I do not get it the 1st time).

I am really new to this stuff which is why I am trying to gather info from people have done this for quite some time.

Since it is in the halls and it will be short times between classes, how would I go about getting her number? Is there something you say to her or do they voluntarily give it to you?
And what do I do if my phone is currently broken?(in the works of gettin a new one)

If she agrees to go to the beach with you, you're gonna need her number to contact her. Invite her first, get number after that.

Well this blows.. She is always with her friends which sucks so bad for me. All of my friends agree with me when I say it will make it awkward as hell.
Assuming it is two or more girls, how does one:
a: approach them
b: show that you are only interested in ONE of them?

Plus I only got 3 days to make something happen here which really sucks!!!

If she is always with her friends hen treat them a set you can eaisly try talking to the friends wih a opener plz dear god dont talk about the weather continue with some negs then dhv but do It very subtle iso her and close the deal

I just get nervous because I feel like her friends are gonna talk so much crap about me after words because girls are just like that!

The direct route could work too, although it puts more pressure on the both of you compared to the beach thing. It might disappoint you that I say this, but there's no rejection proof way to ask her. To achieve anything in life, you have to risk failure. About your friends, don't let their comments get to you, and just redirect their attention with a joke.
