How can i talk to stranger girl in public place if i start with this line "Hi Can we talk?" then she say "NO" so how i handle this situation. Bcoz i am little "Scared" if girl say no then what peoples think about me.

I m 23 young Boy... Plz Help me...

If she says no then smile and walk away and go approach another chick. People have better things to worry about than some random dude getting rejected by some random chick.
