guys I think my ego is getting in the way of my daygame. I rationalize why i shouldnt approach and think shit won't work. Are there any exercises you know of that will fucking kill my ego and make me not give a shit like i used to be. (yep there was a time when I literally didnt give a shit, but then a few anxieties and inner deamons came back to haunt me- namely OCD, HOCD- which made me question myself).

RSD's mantra is pretty much just not giving a fuck, any RSD stuff on daygame or specific to your sticking points would be great.

I'm trying something SPAM while I'm ill with my sore throat, that is comminting to other areas of my life and meditating. Just to make me more confident and happy with myself. Then that'll bleed through into sarging

Before I joined the Manchester Lair, I used to make conversations with anyone I came across, particularly students in class or shop clerks, etc... that helped me a lot.

The thing about dayagme is that it trains you to be oppurtunistic. One second she's there, then they're gone. Once you know that, there's no reason to fret about not responding to oppurtunities. And you can easily rationalise that she's in a rush or on the rag or something
