Location: Netherlands | | sounds good, but it depends more on how you combine the colors . Personally I don't like wearing to much different colors, not more than 3 i would say.. But if combined properly you could get away with a little more..

Are you considering baby blue and navy blue two different colors? I wear plaid shorts that are blue, baby blue, gray, and white. With a grey, blue, or black shirt, (or multiple colors) and a navy blue hat.
I don't think it's good to go by any rule in fashion when it comes to colors, it really is not really the amount of colors it really is how you combine them. Where you are geographically and just the location can change the colors as well.
