I have a diet consisting of low carbs, fat and high in protein, but i dont really feel like its doing much good. I need some help on what i can do better

I wake up and have a bowl of shreddies first thing at roughly 9:30. I don't get up to early because i have no school due to holidays. Throughout the day ill eat a whole chicken. At lunch time, roughly 1pm, ill eat around a 1/3 - 1/2 of the chicken, then ill eat the rest of the chicken at 5pm with a small amount of salad along with it. I have no snacks throughout the day and do this most days. Some days i might eat a chicken breast with a salad for lunch then fish with some veg such as carrots at dinner. I also drink lots of water but a lot of pepsi max too, which isn't to bad as it has no calories, right?

For exercise ill usually take my dog for a walk everday for half an hour roughly. I also do crunches, situps and pullups everyday, anything between 50-100 of each.

Should i change my diet in anyway? Is there anything i could do to improve it? And is there any snacks i could eat if i feel a little peckish?

If you're that disciplined, what's your problem? Want to gain muscle
or lose weight, how much do you weigh?

Friend, it's not easy to get big. :) You can pump iron till you puke
if you don't know how to go about it.Walking the dog, situps and pullups
will only get you a taut stomach, shoulder, forearms and back strength.

You need to do aerobic excercise to increase your metabolic rate, that is the rate
of burning energy while you are predominantly stationary or not doing much manual work. That means running, swimming, hiking or biking.Any activity that makes your body move continuously for at least 30 minutes.Don't forget to drink water to hydrate your body. Good luck. :D

PS stretch your muscles and warm up slowly to avoid injury which many novice
exercisers don't think about for the long term enjoyment of the activity.

Lukeyx, carry on this way. Eat as many as possible veggies and fruits, lean meat like chicken, turkey, veal, eat whole grains, yougurt and much water and green tea. actually 4-5 glasses of water or green tea. Exercise is good, 30 minutes enoug. Wallking is really healthy. Sleep well,no stress smile a lot and meet new people.
The process of losing weight is really slow, but quick. It takes time to get fit, but when you reach this great result, it affords you to stay healthy and skinny for a long time, but for the way of quick losing weight.

Your diet generally sounds good, it could be that your body has reached the adaption phase and therefore is wanting new nutriants, just like how you will get stronger by lifting more and more weights your body will adapt, the same is for nutrition, however if you are trying to burn fat (which im guessing you are as your having low carbs and low fat) the best tip would be to cut out your sugar intake, a good rule is the 30% rule, so if a product has sugars that are over 30% of the carb value (sorry thats a terrible way of putting it) then dont eat it, also you could try eating 6 small meals a day rather then 3 big ones, but yea the ultimate thing to do to see results it to cut out sugar- hope this helps :)

1 other thing, lay off the pepsi max, no it has no calories and sugars but when it has chemicals that you cant prenounce, and that sound like medication then the chances are that it has no place in the body
