When i immigrated to the US as a child, it has been built into my head by my relatives that we stand below white people. I was angry at the time because I didn't know why. But I accepted it. Once i hit puberty i knew it was bullsht, no race is better or worse than another. I've gotten rid of a lot of this SC but some still linger. How can I get rid of this completely and not behave in a more humble way towards other races? Also, recommend me a good book on inner game?

Bro, I'm exactly the same. My parents never acted like we're below whites, but through experiencing lots of racist bullying and poverty(plus media influence) I subconsciously felt like I was inferior and white people were superior. Took me years to get over this way of thinking that destroyed my self esteem.

It always pissed me off when my aunt or other relatives act super polite to whites. How did u get over that feeling? On the surface I don't show anyone respect and they love it.

Like you I have a few relatives and know some losers that have "white fever" and act like they're superior. They believe the crap that hollywood feeds them and think black people are scary. They look up to white people but look down on black people which really annoys me. It's so hypocritical when some Asians complain about racism yet they fuel racism by giving acting like white people are superior and looking down on black people and other dark skinned folk.

To get over it you have to get in touch with your own culture. Realise the beauty of your own cultural heritage and why you should be proud of it. Asian girls are mega hot and guys all over the world love them. That's one thing to be proud of lol. I cannot stress enough how important it is to be intouch with your culture.

Don't believe the crap you see in hollywood all the time where black people are criminals and asian guys are desexualised kung fu masters with broken english. It's racist and it's wrong.

Just always remember no one is superior of inferior. Every race has it's own culture with beautiful things as well as bad things.

Thanks man, I think my problem maybe more of a physical one. I am 5 ft 4 skinny. Lucky for me I was shielded from stupid chody hollywood love movies. White people are mostly endomorphic and tall, that, is one of the big things. The stereotypical "big scary white men"
