Ok...So what can you guys tell me about body posture?
You have a stiff torso. Your body is full of rigidity. A rigid body is a sign of stress, a beta trait. A loose relaxed body is a sign of low stress and alpha trait.
You are doing a asymmetrical shoulder shrug, this could be because your hand is up but you look uncomfortable. The left shoulder in the pic is pulled back showing confidence while the other is lowered showing a lack of confidence.
Your arm while at it's side doesn't appear relaxed some how. There is a stiffness to your hand(why isn't it just open loosely?). You should hold your arm out further to take up more space and simply because it is more relaxing and looks more alpha.
Your shoulders don't seem relaxed. They don't seem to be comfortable at all, the shoulder shrug is part of it but it's that you are trying to look like somebody but don't feel as though you are. You need to have wide and RELAXED shoulders to take up space and be recognized as a confident attractive male.
Your chest is NOT pushed out. A sign of alpha is to push out your chest, this is also a sign of masculinity. You should push out your chest. It shows confidence and that you have pride in who you are.
Your stance width is good but it is asymmetrical making it incongruent, your behavior is faked confidence basically. One foot points out further than the other. In order for you to look confident you need a symmetrical wide stance so it looks agreeable with who you are and how you feel.
You don't have any personality in the picture, you could have used your free hand to do something, no smile, you aren't relaxed enough or having a good time, both are signs of alpha. You need to have more zest.
Your head and chin are held high but your head isn't held as high as possible because it looks like it's leaning.
You have good concepts but you lack congruency. You need to be proud of who you are. It should shine in your body language. Both sides of your body should show confidence. Put a piece of paper down half of your picture so you can only see the right or left side at a time and then pull it away, this will let you see what I mean.
Wide shoulders, wide stance, symmetrical, relaxed behavior, personality, pushed out chest, head held high, chin high, it shouldn't be forced or rigid.
Just what I see for body language. If you like you can go check out my concepts on alpha. It has sample pics and video clips. A free 30 minutes or so worth of video on confident(alpha) body language.
