So I met this girl on an online dating site a few weeks ago. She gave me her number and we text a few times. We've got our first date tomorrow - dinner and a few drinks. Any tips you guys could give me on how to act/ things to say and general pointers?

how about be yourself and give her a blast?
you probably talked about stuff before meeting. use that as convo openers and move on from there.

if you really run out of stuff, you could use some precooked stuff:
I like a version of the hand-reading routine where you make up silly shit from the lines, making it absolutely clear that you have no clue what you are doing. makes the chicks laugh
I once tried giving her 3 questions where she could ask anything. has the allure of being a game where she tries to ask interesting stuff, and makes her work for a while. she will also probably ask about stuff that is important to her. good to know.

I would add negging/teasing to the equation. make her qualify herself.

lastly, remember to kino, kino, kino. if you play it well, you can very easily k-close
