Im new at this so for that few day i've been going out and just opening up every girl i see just to get the whole feelings of things.so to night i Didnt feel like going to the same watering holes as usual so i thought i take a nihgt off.

So i was walking into to the theater to get my tickets, i notice this cute girl standing outside smoking she gave me the quick look and then broke eye contact. shy girl the game is on. I went in bought my ticket and walked right outside passed her with tickets in hand conveying FTC. Got about 5 steps passed her turned slighty and yelled

Rev: Hey
HB7: yeah
Rev: You know smoking kills ya (pause) eventually. (at that moment i turned fully in cause i had her compleate attention waiting for a her mean ass coment.
HB7: You know.....

cut her off there by pulling my own ciggarettes out putting one up to my lips and walked in closer.

Rev: You got a light ( had to say it with a smirk on my face).

Girl laughed and reached out to hand me the lighter

Rev: What you cant light your new smoke buddy ( always playful)
she rolled her eyes a little and lit me up

Rev: awww come on you enjoyed it as much as i did.
HB7: Oh yeah, your the best

so at this point i figured i got her hooked and now being cocky funny with me. first IOI. So i just had to neg her test the boundries you know.

Rev: you always this cherry to everyone?
had to say with a smile diddnt want to come off offended. And immediatly she starts to quialify herself to me.

HB7: im sorry i just got off from a 10 hr shift and all my friends begged me to come to the movies to see "the golden compass" with em...
Rev: the golden compass! let me guess your one of those lord of the ring freaks and just have to go all the other fantasy movies outthere.

Ooooppppss i think i went to far but its ok its just a setup for latter.

HB7: fuck you i loved the lord of the rings and no im not one of those people who get into it too much it's just a movie. What are you seeing?

HB7: laughs. we should get in there the movie starting in like 5 min
Rev: Nuts to the movie!!!! im here for the popcorn and extreamly over priced candy!!!!
HB7: laughs

we both walk in. So far i think im on a role but i took her lead and followed inside behind her. Test failed. When we got in she went to walk off to meat up with her friends.

Rev: hey where you going arnt you going to part take in some of this delicious candy buying.
HB7: laughs and comes.
while we where in line her friends come over and i start up a conversations talking about the movie and they just blew me out of the water. I guess they where trying to save their friend, damn chicks saving people who dont need to be saved. So they left and went on in to the movie to meet up with my friends.


what do you guys think of my first insidental sarge. I really didnt close but it went reall well i geuss i need to work on my crowed controll and maybe some less harsh negs. But im still so amazed that the anti smoking ad worked. its so incredible. Give me feed back on what i could of done differntly and maybe how i could have closed.

Being a beginner as well i would have tried the number-close outside when she said to go inside, to avoid having to control her friends. This might have led to her saying "no" because although u were cocky funny & built some attraction, you probably didnt build enough comfort to get a solid number-close.

At the point of her meeting her friends, within about 5 seconds you could have used the, "Don't be rude, introduce me to your friends" line from Mystery. Then a DHV story and close with "Well, this has been fun, but i gotta go meet my friends now. We should continue this conversation another time..." and whip out your phone.

I use overly harsh negs sometimes too, but with every failure comes a new lesson.

Nice recap. Sounds like it was a fun time. I love the part where you neg her for seeing golden compass, and then let her in on the fact that you're there to see it also!

Your invite to the candy line was great, just make sure not to buy her anything. It would be okay to share a little of yours later though. Make her earn it! The problem happened to you when you started talking about the movie to her friends. They weren't around when you cleared the bitch shield, so you should assume their bitch shield is up. You put your friend in a helpless position, she has to care more about what her friends think than what you think. The friends have to be won over separately since they weren't around to witness your earlier smoothness.

hay guys thatnks for the great feed back and suggestions. The only proplem is i thought to my self only to become a true master, master each step at a time. I think i got A1 down so now im working on A2 need to do more research get some ideas of good ways to dhv an adapt them to me so soon as i got more research under my belt i will go out and start mastering dhv. ill keep posting my progress.

i agree, clearly you had a great opener, it sounds like her friends caught you off guard, using that mystery line would have been perfect cause that would have given u the chance to hopefully win them over while you were in line or whatever and make up for them not being around earlier, i definitely wouldn't have tried to get her number while u were outside though cause you hadn't built enough comfort yet, so it's good that you didn't go for that, i was in a similar situation at a party my sophmore year when i was still afc, i built comfort with this girl ended up making out in a corner, she asked where i lived and wanted to bounce but said she had to let her friends know, next thing i know i'm being bombarded with questions from one of her friends things like, where do u live? do u really like her? are u just trying to get laid tonight? so eventually i just said fuck it i don't need this and moved on to the next set, but i always keep what happened that night in the back of my head when im approaching a set, now i don't see it as getting the target i see it as getting the group first which will hopefully lead to getting the target
