NO GLUTEN, NO CASEIN
I will try this diet for 10 days because it could potentially change my life  100%  [ 73 ]

Im glad to say my acne completely cleared up within 4 days :)

But the bad news is yesterday me and my stoner buddy were trippen balls and you know how it is (munchies lol) when my 3rd friend came home with a whole basket of easter goodies which he won at work or something, and god help me im a sucker when it comes to chocolate :) next thing I know Im chowing down, drinking some beers etc...

So im planning on avoiding gluton/diary for the most part for the rest of the week and then going cold turkey again on sunday. Hopefully this time ill make it through haha

The reason why you're not defecating is because you are eating only green vegetables that have not starch
I specifically said a diet BASED ON starchy vegetables (potato, carrots)
You're doing excelent, but KEEP EATING POTATOES NOW
You are not having regular cravings of bad food, you are just craving FUCKING energy! haha
I could not do a diet of green vegetables for more than 3 days
So to summarize,
Have a diet BASED on starch vegetables (I am not joking about this, Starch is the main source of energy If you are doing a raw vegan diet, which sounds like you are)
Try to eat at least 3 potatoes, maybe 4-5 carrots a day...if you're not hundry then dont, don't force yourself
But if you are hungry, but do not crave carrots/potatoes, is b/c you're body is not used to getting carbs from healthy sources...so if you're craving or hungry eat potato and carrots
Keep eating green veggies

Please post soon, I do not want you to fuck up what you have done...10 days of green veggies is a great detox

Gotta a question though, u said that this helped cause u have celiac intolerance and other shit, but for people with no dietary complications [i.e normal], does this diet still give the results u describe?

Bro, since i can remember i eat a bowl or two of salad everyday! (carrots, lettuce, tomatos and cucumbers) so its not really hard for me to follow this diet.

I have been on this diet since the 20th of this month, but it turned out i ate something with wheat in the first 3 days so they're wasted, which means I'm on this diet for 4-5 days (this is the 5th day) But i honestly feel no difference!

so my questions are:

1- if you went into the diet for 5 days, then ate something with wheat, do you have to start over?

2-Does gum and things such as skittles and shockers affect the diet?

P.s I eat a lot of rice and chicken (1 plate a day or so), because it's kinda my culture.

For what my research tells me, anybody will benefits from this.
Eating no bread will make you lose fat, so you will basically get a 6 pack with no problem.
But more importantly, you will never feel tired...that means no nap time around 2pm
AND
you should always feel amazing, as in always happy...even if your mom dies lol

You should not feel a difference for 5 reason:
It is only been 5 days, you can't rush greatness...wait until the 10th day
You are already eating pretty healthy
Eat more starch....at least 4 carrots a day with a potato but dont force eat
YOU ARE EATING CASEIN...fuck milk and cheese, yogurt and like 99% of sauces have casein or wheat...except tabasco
YOU ARE EATING TOO MUCH PROTEIN...daily recommendation for any meat per day is just a steak the size of a deck of cards! that is pretty small, dont exaggerate on meat! this includes eggs

Your Q's:
1) technically yes, but since you did good for 4 days, its not like you lost all the 4 days, your body heal during those four days pretty decently so it is not like you're going back to square one...you just kind of went 3 steps forward and one step back...so you're on step 2...I am very metaphorical

2) GUM DOES!!! it has casein and wheat...as far as skittles and shockers, I believe they are good...just research "gluten" + skittle and schockers to be sure...but try not having candy if you can, we must grow up as individuals...candy are somewhat of drug...good for nothing but a quick rush

Ok, I just read that you are a lot of chicken, ease down on it...one drumstick per day...meat is not as good in large quantities...it is very acidic which fucks your body up

I ate the gum "extra", wait I'll research it... FUCK YES it's gluten free :)
I read the packet of the gum to make sure it doesn't have wheat/gluten and I thought it was safe.. turns out it is. Thanks bro!

btw I'm loving your diet, not because I feel amazing because of it (it's still too early).
I actually love it because I barely ever need to fart anymore. Before this diet i used to wanna fart 24/7 now my stomach is finally relaxed! I fucking love you for this.

oh btw, what did you mean when you said "YOU ARE EATING CASEIN" Haven't been near the stuff.

and really man... I love you for this (no homo) ;)

amazingly insipiring post. Quick few questions though:
If i can process dairy fine, is it okay to have a little (1 cup of milk a day?)
Also, I've read your old post, and i'm not so sure, so I'll just ask outright:
Is doing the diet the way you did it (ONLY green veggies & water) any more.. effective (faster to kick in) than having maybe 1 small portion of meat a day (along with the veggies), and also 1-2 fruits a day? I've started this last night (ate spinache and lettuce for dinner) and today, I've had an orange, a small piece of pork, and a ton of lettuce and spinach, and celery.

ok...well last week I went to the doc and she proscribed laxatives for 10 days.
so the obstipations has gotten less problematic.

regarding food, im still eating plenty of salads raw green vegetables...and of course potatoes, carrots etc.
I also eat meat, fish and eggs regularly.
haven't touched bread, pasta or noodles.
last week Ive been having gravy a couple times...I only just realized there were probably gluten in there.
I also have been starting to drink coffee in the morning again...with milk and sugar.
tho on both occasions I haven't had a bad reaction or anything...

I rarely have cravings anymore.
I agree about the energy part that does make sense.

I generally feel pretty good and relaxed (And did so before the diet) But I haven't had any change in my libido or anything.

I also lost like 21 pounds which also hasn't changed after the 10 days and im cool with that. :)

man, even if I turn out to not have any intolerancies/allergies, I feel pretty good about generally eating healthier.

Don't count me on this one, but I think gravy is like half casein (milk)

Do not overcosume protein, the daily recommendation is a deck of card. Too much protein = problems. This diet, besides detoxing your body, also makes is alkaline. Meat is extremely acidic.

Check also any sauces you use, most contain gluten casein

I really believe that you might not be celiac (gluten intolerant) but I think that if you ease off protein you will feel a change

How about your energy? Are you energize the whole day or do you feel like taking a nap some times? Also once I starte to do this diet right, I only neede about 4 -6 hourse of sleep at night and woke up fully energize, does that happen to you?

Would you try sticking to this diet for a coule of more days without casein? cux I really believe you're doing somewrong...
Like if you would like to, please try a vegan diet of just green veggies and POTATOES AND CARROTS as the main source of calories...no meat and no grains (this includes rice, beans, lentils, etc, etc,...and nut...no NUTS)

FUCK NO, NO DAIRY...Once you begin the diet get off dairy two for a couple of reasons:
First, to achieve maximum results
Second, after you do achieve maximum results, you can go back to milk to see if it causes a problem...because once you achive maximum results I can garanteed that a cup of milk will fuck you up

About the hardcore diet, It is more "effective" because you clean your body faster but you will feel like diet and most likely will pass out because you really aren't getting any energy...that's why I redid this post...so please do not do the extreme diet...it was a mistake I wrote

What you're doing is good...small meat, lot of of veggies...HOWEVER, you MUST add STARCH only from carrots or potatoes. I cannot state how important that is...I cannot garanteed that if you keep doing your current diet you will have any effect or energy for that matter....YOU MUST EAT STARCH FROM POTATOES OR CARROTS, not beans, not lentils, POTATOES OR CARROTS...or beets if you got the money...

Alright, thanks. I went to the supermarket today, and picked up some fresh greens. Right now I'm eating some celery, Romanian lettuce, Spinach, Green bell pepper, a big carrot, and a nice big cup of NORMAL V8 ;). I'm wondering if carrots would provide enough fibre over potatoes (i know potatoes are more heavy in calories, and I'm aiming to actually lose 10 or so pounds while doing this, to get back into the summer groove.) I'm willing to be in a near-death state for almost a week like you described, as I'm one of the few people who are able to contract mono multiple times (somewhat easily too) and I've gotten somewhat used to just being lifeless =P Anything to speed this process up basically I'm down for. Thanks!

I'd say make sure you avoid rye, and wine. Things like tequila (made of agave), rum (made of sugarcane), gin(from berries) should be fine. Also, some types of wine, and some types of vodka (some vodka is made from grains, so you may have to be careful) can work also.

Nice diet...but do you really need the V8? All the veggie you are eating are giving you the nutrients of a V8 already
I don't know which has more fiber (carrots or potatoes) but EVERY vegetable you are eating has fiber...you are doing great, do not even worry about fiber
Potatoes are heavy in calories once people start adding all that butter/cheese to it. If you only eat boil or RAW potatoes with nothing but maybe salt/pepper...they are only about 100-200 calories.
And even if you ate 5 potatoes a day (boil or RAW) you will still lose the 10 pounds
Don't know what MONO is, but DO NOT GO HARDCORE BRO
I'm ASSUMING it will work faster, I DO NOT KNOW for certain
Just keep eating the way you're doing, add potatoes, REMOVE any salad dressing
and only eat RAW salads if you must go to a restaurtant...
Remember, I am not a doctor so if you do decide to go hardcore I have no idea what would happen to your MONO b/c I have no idea what it is
I can guareed you won't diet, it takes 60 days of NO food for somebody to diet, but MAYBE you might pass out while driving and then...DEATH!!! So don't go hardcore yet, maybe your body is so unhealthy you will feel like shit

Replace beer with wine (it is awesome at Beer pong, or should I say wine pong? lol)
Some wines do have gluten, but only drink the only that are straight up wine with no flavoring or any other shit added. Even if it does contain some wine, you will be fine...it is minisculus amounts
and LIQUOR, I love liquor...but your choices are narrow BIGTIME. I'm don't like the taste of alcohol, just the effects so I never cared what I drank...here are some choices:
Bocardi and Bocardi 151 (that will fuck you up good)
Blue Ice Vodka (made from potatoes)
Ciroc Vodka (made from grape)
Teton Glacier Vodka (made from potatoes)
Jose Cuervo
Captain Morgan
Makers Mark

STAY away from any liquor with extra flavor, just get the original recipe...so no boardi lemonade, or vodka cherry, or whatever other invention they came up with

Ok im going to start this diet on monday

i plan on going raw veg for 10 days im not too fussed about meat
as i hardly eat it anyway.

I have a question though for the 10 days can i only eat green vegies raw
or can i eat carrots potatoes or any kind of veg that is not green.

Also i will be quitting cigs monday too an what about masterbation should i quit that for 10 days too ?

Bro, i felt some weird shit yesterday. day 7. at times i was bursting with energy and then i would have no energy at all, then i'd feel amazing and then back to crap. Guess the diet is working ;-)
