I could not do a diet of green vegetables for more than 3 days
So to summarize,
Have a diet BASED on starch vegetables (I am not joking about this, Starch is the main source of energy If you are doing a raw vegan diet, which sounds like you are)
Try to eat at least 3 potatoes, maybe 4-5 carrots a day...if you're not hundry then dont, don't force yourself
But if you are hungry, but do not crave carrots/potatoes, is b/c you're body is not used to getting carbs from healthy sources...so if you're craving or hungry eat potato and carrots
Keep eating green veggies

ok...well last week I went to the doc and she proscribed laxatives for 10 days.
so the obstipations has gotten less problematic.
regarding food, im still eating plenty of salads raw green vegetables...and of course potatoes, carrots etc.
I also eat meat, fish and eggs regularly.
haven't touched bread, pasta or noodles.
last week Ive been having gravy a couple times...I only just realized there were probably gluten in there.
I also have been starting to drink coffee in the morning again...with milk and sugar.
tho on both occasions I haven't had a bad reaction or anything...
I rarely have cravings anymore.
I agree about the energy part that does make sense.
I generally feel pretty good and relaxed (And did so before the diet) But I haven't had any change in my libido or anything.
I also lost like 21 pounds which also hasn't changed after the 10 days and im cool with that.
man, even if I turn out to not have any intolerancies/allergies, I feel pretty good about generally eating healthier.
