So, you have found a problem about your approach. Good Going! finding the problem is the most difficult part of solving it. Now you know what you need to do: Next time, try and ask the same thing, but with looking them in the eyes. Your next goal is set;)

BTW. Congratulations with approaching someone for the first time! Remember that fear you felt the first time. In a year, you will laugh about how it went and what you did wrong;) I guarantee that the second time it will go better.

The truth is that I yesterday did quite extensive adventure, like in this guide http://www.bosproject.com
i went for for almost two hours asking people for directions and information,
It was like 14 people to ask

Hmm, do they understand you, and do you react on them as if it is a conversation? If so than it isn't that bad. I mean, you don't mumple to yourself do you?

No, but people aren't patient that much,

I hope things will get better drastically,

maybe it's also narcissism,

so would you be able to recommend me a specific material for learning?

A lot of beginners have read 'The Game'. It keeps you enthousiastic and gives you a good story full of do's and don'ts. I have started with that one too. Yust keep on doing the easy steps, and keep pushing your comfort zone. In the end it is still a matter of practice more then reading the material.

I've it, i remember I had problems reading it,

Or maybe you mean to the other book? which i guess

The truth is that today i stopped with the exercise because my mentor told me it wasn't a good idea to do so,

And BTW, he also said that people might be intimidated from me in that case because i might look intimidated myself,

Somewhat desperate but it would be good if i've more patience,

Do you think it's better to stick with the exercise?

If the mentor is a proffessional (wrong spelling I know) you should stick to him. He knows you better than we do;)

Otherwise I think you were on the right track.

Ps. I mean the game by neil strauss;) Much easier to read

The thing is that i forget good ideas given to me and then return to a state of feeling desperate,

My anxiety so high, I was given more meds but now i don't have sexual appetite

I've found Sinn's video and it was really interesting,
Do you recommend to buy the product?
