My name is elementz and i'm 19 years old, currently living in Belgium.
To tell a bit more about myself. I am a socially active guy with reasonable looks and people skills. I lost my virginity at 15 years old and had a couple of romantic encounters ever since. I got interested in this community after seeing the pick-up artist on VH1 and reading 'the game.'
If you are still reading and I hope you are, you probably are wondering why I am interested in the art of picking up women or if I need it. The answer to both questions will follow.
There are 4 reasons why I want to learn from great PUA's like yourselves.
1) As I said before I am socially active and have good people skills, But that is where the problem lies. I am a great friend to all and as such not easily seen as a romantic intrest. That's why I want to be in control of my own life and not be at the mercy of girls.
2) I don't want to settle for less, when I know I deserve more. To go even further, I don't want to settle for one type, when there is a whole world full of diverse women with different characters and looks.
3) I want to expand my reach of women beyond the boundaries of my social circle. The ability to seduce practically any woman, where and when I want to, is one of my greatest dreams.
4) Finally, I want to learn this stuff to help friends of mine overcome their fears towards women and be succesfull with them as I hope to be. Their problem is, they have a very conservative mindset, which I blame our parents and community for. What I mean with this is that they first need proof that there are other ways (and more rewarding ones,) then the "there is someone out there for me and we will find eachother if it is meant to be" theory. That is why I know they won't take steps in this lifestyle untill I can convince them of the benefits.
I want to close off with a request and a promise.
Starting off with the request. This forum has an abundance of information and I was wondering if someone could give me a guideline of which path to follow. I want to absorb as much information as possible and decide what works best for me, but it would be a great help if I had some structure while doing so.
My first promise, even though it is a small one, is to get rid of approach anxiety as much as possible by approaching people everywhere and anytime in the coming month.
