Hi, first i’m French Canadian, so sorry for my mistake.

Every time i go out, I’m enable to open. I’m thinking too much and I’ve got the fear of rejection. It’s been two years that I’m single and i dont want to be mister nice guy anymore :S

I want to get over AA. I’ve read some topics , try many thing but each time I froze in the field. I don’t understand, it should not be difficult to go to a girl say : hi i’m xxx .

where should i begin ??

I recently got over AA completely during the night and what really helped me was going out with a goal in mind. Rather than going out to pick-up go out to see how many girls will respond to your saying hi im out meeting new people. Rather than thinking of it as pickup think of it as a little experiment ur doing in your head and that every girl who blows you out only adds to your data and is therefore a good thing. If you think about it as a pickup your putting too much investment in it at first since theres so many things behind that goal. Have the opener and dont even think just open and say the line in your head and eventually that will transform from experiment or test to something easy that you can build off of to the next thing. If you were practicing MMA and you were thrown in a fight youd be so nervous ud prob run away you need to practice each part individual then allow them to come together in the end that way you'll have competence which builds confidence, which is really the essence of pick-up ( or really anything in life) when combined with proper practice. Hope that helps cuz it seems to have worked for me. Also try writing a field report to keep track cuz that will allow you to always know your making forward progress overall.
