anyone where i could get a online e-book of this? or a guide about it? it seems really interesting and could be a good tool in my toolbox.

Yeah i know what you mean, i saw something on here about it yesterday (just a passing mention) checked it out a bit and saw some vid or other which was really repetative but left me wanting to know more - it left most of the basics unexplained :(

Would quite like to get more info on it. If i can find the vid i watched i'll link it on here

Yeah i would also like to know more about this, if anyone could post a link to a site that gives detailed explanations i'd be very grateful, i've seen it mentioned on a few posts and still don't quite fully understand it.

I remember hearing someone refering to "the cube" as pandora's box for effect, your not talking about that I hope because there is TONS of posts and links about that.
if you can at least figure out who's routine it is far easier to find info on it/them
