I go out to bars with my friends every weekend and our primary goal is to have fun and the secondary goal is meeting girls. I have had some luck but really not much at all. I can sometimes get a number, one time I got a very hot girl over for sex (she was 40 though!), but ya really for being in the game for about two years it's pretty bad luck in my opinion.

Anyway, I need some structure to my game. Every time I am faced with wanting to approach a woman I draw a blank of "man... what the hell should I say to her?"

And yeah, usually I just come off as a creeper.

What is some tried and proven things to say to women to get their interest initially and what can I do to keep it?! There has to be some type of system that you can just use for most situations..

At some point you must have browsed threw this forum or read some material.
There are plenty of openers around.

But if you draw blank when you want to initiate a conversation...
its AA written all over.

Sounds like your scared and it sounds like your not comitted to change your socialbehaviour.

Approach 20 random girls and say: "Hey, whats up?".
They wount kill you. I bet half will talk to you for more than 2 minutes.
Dont be scared of asking them lame AFC questions.
If you set up a goal of approaching a number of women every night you go out
half of the work is done.

You need to start from the beginning.

A good mindset is 49082038023083203 more important than canned openers. You have AA, which is totally cool, just work on it. Get into a dominant, C&F mindset first. Assume every girl you meet is some ditzy chick trying to impress you. Bust on her.

Basically, if you ONLY make a list of openers, and don't get the "feel" for it, (for lack of a better word), you're probably going to be stiff, say the perfect lines with no confidence, or reach awkward moments, etc. Just go up to some girl and whip your weiner out without giving a crap what she thinks.

DON'T even think about gaming women until you get your AA and INNER GAME sorted out.

There is a great post on this and what to do but i'l try and water it down.
Basically whilst walking smile and say hi to any females that pass your. Grandmother, high school slut, pregnant teen, it DOESN'T matter, you just have to erase the association in your brain that women are DIFFERENT which thus makes it difficult in approaching because you furthermore think what to say next, then after that, then after that again. The more you think the more your subconscious tells you not to, it states the complete opposite to what you WANT to do. Thus employ the '3 second rule'.

I had the same issue, I went to a bar with my mates and just beamed smiles...not a perverted, I-want-you-bad-baby smile, I thought of a sincerly funny moment which made me crack up and beamed that and said hi.
98% of the time it results in a conversation for a few minutes then eject if shit gets sticky.
All your after here is to battle the AA demons and become comfortable with female interaction and to perceive her as another guy (in terms of ease of conversation).

After around 3 of these nights/days you will remarkable change and your onto the gaming stage, but for now keep this up, it will work I guarantee
