i have been working with this HB10 for about 2 years now. ive had a crush on her since i first started here but shes been with the same douchebag boyfriend for roughly the whole time. Ive played it right the whole time; didnt talk down her BF, I neg her a lot, tell DHV stories, etc. I know there is some obvious attraction and sexual tension but i dont know how to move that to outside work.

i had a chance to ask her out and i made a formal date about a year ago but that same weekend she went back to her ex, and i found my last girlfriend. She made sure that i heard that she has broken up with her BF at our last work supper out.

The problem im having is knowing how to switch the situation and take her outside of work; ive already made a few efforts and followed up but i didnt want to be too needy and keep hounding her.

I know shes on the rebound and i should wait a while, but she is a beautiful woman and there are other dudes that have been stepping their game up, so the heat is on.

There is also this other HB10 that will be leaving to another job on Friday who is pretty close with her. I have a good friendship with her and i know i should probably ask her for help but I don't know at this point.

Normally this would never be a problem, but i dont really date women from work; and i am having some serious LMR on my part.

Any help would be appreciated my fellow PUAs =)
