Big guys: Do you bulk or slim?

My personal diet when I want to get slim
Eat only lunch like some fruits, boiled beans or boiled eggs with cheese or yogurt.
If you practise a sport you could take in addition L-carnitine

I used to try running for a long time, so I were quite slim (BMI=19,6), had a 6-pack, but later I started to practise boxing and eat a lot. It resulted in BMI=27 and girls tell me I'm far more sexy with this weight :D

Tone comes from low body fat, not from lighter weights. Strength is what men want, and muscle mass. This only comes from lifting heavy, and cleaning up your diet.
