i am gaming a girl...she is 7/10....but very much self obsessed....

recently we were hanging out with a friend....and whatever topic was being discussed...she was directing it at herself

for e.g: me and my friend we talking abt which gym should he join....
and she started narrating her experience with so and so gym....and that she never prefers goin to gyms and all......

it would be great if you can suggest a routine or a C & F comment that i can use the next time am out wit her ...

Well, to be honest I always figured if you were willing to call a girl something like a self-obsessed bitch, you probably shouldn't bother gaming her. I never bother with women I find incredibly annoying.

Still, she's trying to make everything about herself, so there's a couple different ways you could go about bringing her down a peg. First, you could just not validate her making the conversation about herself. If she talks about herself, you smile, offer a one word answer, and then go back to talking to your friend. If a girl I'm with is constantly interrupting I'll put up that same smile and tell her she has to raise her hand before speaking. The main thing is to keep her from going on....and on....and on.
