Does anyone wear a watch? I'm not big on jewelry but I do wear a wristwatch. That's the one item I like to invest a little money in. To have a slick watch always seem to convey a high DHV. I could be in shabby jeans and T-shirt but when I put on my watch I always get a good reaction and its a great starter when a chick asks to see it closer. I usually take it off and put it on her wrist.

I'm a bit of a watch afficionado - Of the three I mainly wear out, there is a 'classic' round face silver bracelet chronograph, it's a pretty normal watch, but it is expensive and it can be used as a DHV - but it's kinda hard to say 'look at my expesive timepiece!' without coming across as arrogant.

There's also a 60's esque leather bracelet square faced watch. Simply because it looks good with what I choose to wear. Mod in case you're wondering. Ie Beatles, Kinks etc if you were still wondering :P

The third choice, far and away my favourite, is my gold fob watch. Hard to pull it off unless you're already a snappy dresser (fob + jeans? No way) but if you can, it's a great route into conversation without a doubt!
