Was at a club the other night. Me and my friends sat down at a table. About two meters away was a HB8.

I looked at her, smiled and said "Eeeeeeeyyyyy!" with my thumbs up like fonzie.

She just looked away like i was a piece of trash. I was going to give her a comeback and saying "Hey there little miss, i think youre being a little rude now. Didnt your mommy and daddy ever teach you to say hello back to people who say hi to you?" But i didnt get her attention at all.

But she just looked straight away. Kinda ruined my mojo as i was in a good state. I remained "unaffected" for a couple of minutes. But i had to go outside and come back in again to get in a good state, to get warm again.

Any advice on what i could have done differently to make the situation a little bit less embarrasing? I mean after all, i was just saying hi, i had no plan whatsoever of gaming her.

Her friends sat further away by the way , if it matters.

Don't let things like that affect you, if she was no big deal then you treat her accordingly.

If you were to game her however I would make a more personal approach by walking over and open up with a kino and perhaps some light touching.

Turn your head to look at her, say "Hey", wink and turn back without waiting for response.
If you don't go directly to her and talk she will most likely assume that you are afraid so you try to play it safe. By winking and turning your back to her you are showing that you aren't scared but also don't care so much about "doing everything right" which can be good. And if she doesn't say anything in return - no big deal (by turning your back to her you show indifference so she can't really reject you). You can always go to her and start a conversation.

Women are plastic. They don't really even exist. They stand around and look around; Their existence is defined by those around them. Won't happen. What this girl did is what nearly 99% of girls will do. They live every day ignoring one liners and one "worders" from rude guys on the street to the construction worker 2 blocks from their house. If they respond to this crap and they are a DESPERATE WHORE as defined by those around them.

Improve your game. Either GAME them or you don't. Standing back there and doing a rendition of a construction worker on his lunch break doesn't really count as "game" . . .

Lose the ego if your mojo is ruined by negative responses.

Your response was ok but just didn't have the frame to back it up. It has to be really strong if you get such a negative response initially. Almost better to be unnafected, say nothing and then approach her later like nothings happend.
