As i am working through my game i am starting to work on the little thing now i have a nice rounded game (imo). The latest thing on my agenda is my voice, I have a very posh voice.

By a posh voice i mean a typical english upper class voice, i speak rather well. Now, its not normally a problem since i come across as classy and i have focused on things like talking from my chest, deeper voice and slower pace and rythem. But what is your opinion on a posh voice? Should i keep it or what.

I actually speak english as I am from the West Midlands. Maybe not the type your talking about but I understand what you mean.

Personally, I think it's fine whatever accent you have. I have actually found while sarging that girls love my english accent because it's obviously different. I live in the U.S., so the typical person wouldn't talk this way.

But I think the way you speak is nothing to worry about. I've sometimes looked at it as a natural peacocking tool :)

I've noticed that my West Yorkshire accent has been an advantage in speaking to women here in London, at least in that it's unique and regarded as friendly. This is probably the case for all Northern accents though.

Just move to a place where the girls appreciate it :) Most girls really dig the foreign accents!

I sort of have one of these voices too (Years of private education got me into it). Keep it, it'll signal a higher social-status background amongst other things.

Standard english - usually asscociated with intellegence. its a start for your value. it also contributes to your peacocking. people will hear your accent and ask where you are from. its an oppurtunity for IOIS. its part of your avatar. keep it.

More important than accent is vocabulary, if you want to sound really sophisticated, you would brook well unto yourselves to pursue a salaciously supercilious and sagacious sovereignty of sentences.

So read up guys, you never know, the next girl you meet could be that sultry and sophisticated succubus that thrives on your knowledge of the world and your unique descriptions of her silly and cute anachronisms (or do I mean idiosyncrasies?)

And a continental/upscale English accent would work perfectly with a well-developed vocabulary.

I agree with the above posts in that your style is a total DHV.

One suggestion: if you want to come across more alpha try talking a little louder. Also relax and sssssssllllllllooooooooow your body language.

Definitely keep it mate. Just make sure you get your tonality etc right and you're on to a winner. Can't think of a better DHV.

Although to me my voice doesn't sound that posh, I've been told so many times that it is. Of course, that's not a bad thing; a nice, slow, deep, well-spoken voice is always a winner.

I can't see it being that much of a problem.

Just depends on the girl.
