how important is being fit in relation to picking up women?

wasn't sure where this thread should go, so i put it here.

I'm basically an overweight AFC. I was wondering if being fit is a necessity to use any of the techniques on this site. I've needed to lose weight for a while now, and if the stuff on this board don't work if you're fat, then I've got a long time to go before I get any ass.

Apperance is a hotly debated subject in the seduction community, Id say yes its important but not as important to females as it is to us males. Females judge on appearance and social value. Would you be interested in a fat chick? Even if she had a great personality (which is usually the case)! How would you feel if you were skinny? More confident? Girls love confidence!

Working on yourself is what this forum and the seduction community is all about. Also your health should be a priorty to you. I myself lost nearly 25 pounds in the past two months by cutting my calories and following a sensable (too me not to some) workout plan. Went from 285 to just under 260, and I still want to lose 20 to 40 more pounds while getting more muscular

Althought I think you should count all your calories taken in for 5-7 days with out losing or gaining a pound divide by 5 or 7 (which ever # of days you counted for) subtract from that number at least 500 calories a day that should help you lose around a pound a week or more. Good luck AJG!

It matters. Everyone both male and female wants to find a physically attractive partner. You can still game but you won't be nearly as effective as you could be if you were in better shape. Fitness is also directly related to confidence. The better you feel about yourself, and the better you feel you look, the better you look to others. At that point you will no longer be referring to yourself as an overweight AFC, but a studly charming guy. :wink:

I think the difference between regular excersize and none is like night and day with PU.

You look better, but that is really incidental.

The main benefit is in your mental state, you are getting a natural serotonin buzz and when you smile it is natural. You have a natural anti-depressant working for you. You just do not feel anxious about approaching in the same way and you don't feel so bad when it goes wrong.

A few days I hit on an asian chick with absolute zero approach anxiety. I didn't even think this was possible.
This was partly due to upping my approach tally, but a disciplined fitness regime was a significant factor.

I used to be really large man. I come from a italian family where i eat pasta on a daily basis. When i went to college, and got away from the food i dropped 40 pounds the first 6 months. i felt so much better, and took pride in myself. i had more dates, and what not. then i came home for a year, and i put it all back on... it does make a idfferece.
