Just go up to her outside in the lot and say, "You gonna talk to me this time
or just treat me like a customer and ignore me?" (smile)

Never say stuff that makes it look like you are needing her...

You could also say, "Hey, I hit your car with mine. I need your number
so I can call you with my insurance info." When she looks around her car
and sees that there is no damage she will say something like, "No you didn't."

And from here you can just smile and say, "I know, but let me get those digits
anyways... you want me to have them, just put them into my phone..."
