I just recently found out about the PUA community. Really interested in learning more about it and finding a wing so i could learn more. hopefully someday i can give advice to AFCs like myself. Any help i would appreciate it.

Wuss up CDAWG.. Welcome and congrats on joining the forum. Did you read any books? First thing you want to do is read up on some of the pick up material to get a grasp of the concepts. Once you get the idea, the best way to learn pick up is to get out there and sarge. Also, see if any of your friends are willing to learn this as much as you. That way, you have a wing when you go sarging and then be able to tell each other what you guys did wrong and what you could improve on. There's a lot of material throughout this board and really good advice from the other PUA's.

Im finishing The Game now and have been reading alot of things on the board for about 12 hours while i was work. i plan on goin and getting some more stuff like mysterys books tomorrow and some other ones that i found. im workin on gettin someone else in also so i can get a wing.

Cool, Mystery's material and The Game are perfect to start off with because they present good material for an introduction into being a PUA. Once you got most of the concepts down, go and sarge to obtain some field reports, no matter good or bad. You'll be shot down in the beginning but will learn from it more then reading and thinking about it. Once you get into pick up, it should start coming as second nature with experience of sarging. After opening a couple of sets, you should be able to see where you have a hard time then you can then start to improve on these area's to get a better grasp of things. Post up field reports no matter good or bad, this is the best way to see what you did wrong.

I figure ill just go out and crash and burn and learn from my mistakes. Go out with a whats the worst that could happen attitude.

Yup, that's the same attitude me and my wing had when we started. Now we just laugh at the mistakes and talk about how to never make them again. We joke around a lot about it but it makes you a better PUA when you learn from them. Keep us posted on your sarges.
