I work as a bouncer for a fraternity house. There is a girl who comes to just about every party with her boyfriend. He's a complete tool and she always ends up coming over to flirt with me to make him jealous. I thought nothing of it until she asked me one party if I thought she should break up with him...is this an IOI?

As long as you don't turn into the counselor-friend, yes, that's an IOI. Well... it's probably more of a shit-test, actually. Can't exactly tell if I wasn't there to feel the vibe of the interaction.
