I've found that one of the most important elements of foreplay is TEASING. You give a little, and then take it away, increasing her DESIRE through the roof. Here's a little nifty trick that I like to do: I lean in as if I'm about to kiss her on the lips (the ones on her face) but I turn my face the last second to kiss her on the cheek. I do this again, but this time it's for the other cheek. Then, her chin, forehead, nose, whatever.
