My roomate and I are two PUA's living in a house in Astoria and we're looking for a third roomate to replace our current one. We go out pretty often and support each other in the game.

The room for rent is the biggest in the apartment. The place is near a laundromat, pizza place, deli, etc and is a quick walk to the N,W in one direction and to the R,Q,V in the other.
