I was wondering if there was any interest in having a Melbourne (AUS) LAir Downtown, like a pad where we could chill, live, etc.

I'm looking to set one up, we could have other foreign PUA's come and hang for a while.

I've run a frat house in the States, but this will be more sophisticated and such.

Any Takers? Looking for maybe 3-4 other guys.
Probs be a pad really really close to the SPAM, like South Yarra or something.

Let me know if you want in, improvements, etc.

Just last night we finished a large event with Vince Kelvin and JT Asian Playboy. Is this kind of thing that you're talking about when you say hosting foreign PUAs. Vince caught a flight, but JT took the couch.

I don't think we're really into running a hotel service, if that's what you meant though.

Regardless, if you want to get in touch with the Melbourne Community come and touch base with us. We're happy to show you around and get you in touch with people who may be looking to get into a house... The topic comes up from time to time and there are a number of successful "PUA" houses around the city.
