Hey i was just wondering if anyone had any tips for gaming english girls, i seem to have much more success with foreighn girls running the game. Think english girls r too clever and bitchy for their own good.

PU works pretty much universally on all cultures in industrialized parts of the world (I don't know how well it would work on African tribes women, lol). If you are having more trouble with one particular group of women, then you just need to shift your focus on certain parts of your game and to do this, you just need to utilize the most important tool of a PUA, your ability to read people. That's all. If they've got a massive bitch shield up, you just need to slip through the cracks and there is tons of information out there on that, via negs and opinion openers and such.
