Hey guys, I'm new here and this is my first post.

I need some help with some of the terms and shorthand you guys use. I don't know what a lot of it means.

I know some of the terms that I've seen from the VH1 show, but there is some that I have no clue what they mean.

So could someone please give me a rundown of the lingo?

I am also new to the world of the PUA, I would like to learn more cause I need some serious help with women.
