You don't want to be talking fast, jittery, blastin coffee breath. Plus, I know from expierence that concentrating too much, trying to remember lines/routines, or over-analysing the situation while in set causes you to choke. (no pun intended)
What about some good scotch? glass o' wine or two? Loosen up, have fun!
